Assignment:

1. Find a current computer article. The article must be on a ethical issue (e.g. privacy and computers) or on an emerging technology (e.g. computerized war vehicles). You must cut the article out of the paper or print it out if you read it on-line.
2. You will now write three items:
   1. Write a short summary of the article, a few paragraphs and definitely less than one page in length.
   2. Why this story is important to the business community, society, etc. Give your reasons. (It may be important in a number of ways.)
   3. Give the citation for this article. Use the MLA format for this. This link will help you with the citation.
       
3. On your date you will present the summary and importance (items 2(a) and 2(b)) to the class.
4. After your presentation you must hand in the article and your written work.
5. You will receive a mark out of 10.

Note that you will be required to do this several times during the year. Please check the schedule below for your dates.
